Payment

Which payment methods can I use on your site?

Where can I find my invoice?

You can download your invoice at any time from your customer account.

Go to "My orders" in your customer account and click on the desired order to download your invoice. Click on "View order". Then you will find the button "Print order" where you can download or print your order.

I couldn’t finalise my order

Did you experience an issue when you tried to pay for your order using one of our payment options?

Byjuno Payments

For Byjuno Payments, make sure that your address is correct. Please note that if you try ordering for a company, you must use the company name and not your private name or address.

Paypal Payments

You can also choose PayPal as a payment option. PayPal is not only secure, but also offers the possibility to pay as a guest without having to create your own account.

Are you still experiencing issues?

If none of the above options help, you can try to switch your browser (we recommend an up-to-date version of Chrome or Firefox) and then place your order again.

Why doesn't my discount code work?

Please check that your discount code is still valid. We do not accept expired discount codes, or ones that have already been used on a previous order.

Please check if there was a typo or if you accidentally added a space at the beginning, or at the end of your code. If the code is still not working, please contact our support team before placing the order. Codes cannot be applied retroactively after you have placed the order.

Shipping and delivery

How long is the production time and what are the delivery times?

The delivery time doesn't take the production time into account. 95% of orders are produced within 2-5 working days (label rolls within 7 days). We ship all orders from Switzerland via our shipping partners (Swiss Post).

Due to your country's regulations, import fees may apply to the delivery if the value of your order is higher than 150 EUR or if your order includes a business address. Stickeryeti is in no way responsible for this additional charge. Please check your local laws for more information about these costs.

Where is my order? How can I track my order?

All our orders are shipped with a tracking number. Once your order has been shipped, you‘ll receive an automatic email with your tracking number from Swiss Post, depending on the delivery method you have chosen during checkout.

Can I change the delivery address?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to change your address after your order has been placed. If Swiss Post cannot find your address, your package will be returned to us. Please contact our support team and provide us with your corrected address. As soon as the package is returned to us, we will arrange a new shipment.

How much does shipping cost?

We ship all our packages via our partner Swiss Post. Once your order is on its way, you will receive a tracking number by email.

For Switzerland:
The cost of delivery in Switzerland is CHF 7.00 per order (excluding taxes) for standard deliveries. For all orders over CHF 199.00, standard delivery by Post is free.

For the EU:

The cost of delivery from Switzerland to a European country varies according to the delivery method and the transport partner:

  • 9,90 EUR per order (excluding taxes) with Standard Delivery (Swiss Post)

For all orders over 199 EUR, Standard Delivery by Post is free of charge (excluding taxe

Cancellation

How can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be cancelled before the print preview has been validated. If you choose to do this, your order will be cancelled and you’ll receive a voucher refund. Please make sure to tell our team why you want to cancel, there might be a solution for your request.

Once you’ve validated your order, we will send it to print and the order can no longer be canceled.

Cancellation after receiving your order is not possible. Each sticker is personalised and printed on demand, and can therefore not be resent or returned.

Product Information

Are the stickers waterproof?

All our stickers (except the wall stickers) are water and weatherproof. They’ll last 2-5 years in snow, rain, sun, etc.

Our wall stickers are uncoated and the print is therefore not protected in the same way as our other stickers. The wall stickers will fade if they come into contact with water.

Can I order transparent iron-on labels?
The vinyl we use for iron-on labels is white, so unfortunately, it’s not possible to print transparent iron-on labels.
How long will the stickers last?

We use high-quality materials and everything is 100% Swiss Made. Our stickers last for 2-5 years, depending on where you place your stickers and how much wear and tear the stickers go through.

Make sure that you place your stickers on a dry and even surface, and they’ll last for many years!

Can I use the stickers outdoors?
At Yeti, we only use high-quality materials, such as thick vinyl and waterproof laminate – which makes the stickers perfect for both indoor and outdoor use!
Can I order my stickers with a glossy finish?
At the moment we only offer a matte finish for all our stickers.
At what temperature can the iron-on stickers be washed?
To guarantee the stickers last as long as possible, please make sure to wash them at a maximum of 40-60 degrees. We would recommend washing them at 40 degrees wherever possible.

Order process and file preparation

What is the order process?

When you send your print file to Yeti, you’ll receive a print proof within 24 hours (weekends excluded). This must be validated within 5 business days. If you have any objections or wish to cancel your order, you need to let us know within 5 business days from receiving the print proof. If we have not heard back from you after 5 business days, we will assume you’re happy with everything and we will print the stickers. 95 % of our orders are ready to ship within 3 business days. Any variations in shipping time depends on the destination of your order.

If you use our online builder on the website, you will not receive a print proof and the stickers will be printed within 3 business days following your order. No design modifications are possible with this option. Any variations in shipping time depends on the destination of your order

Why can I not connect to my client account?
Please make sure you haven’t added any empty spaces before or after your e-mail address or password. If you cannot remember your password, please click on the link Forgot your password?” to reset it.
Is it possible to print white on transparent?
In order to print stickers with white elements, please provide your print file as a vector EPS file. JPEG, PNG, or PSD cannot be used for a white print. You can write a comment or directly name the white elements in your print file, in order to specify the white elements.
What is the minimum resolution of images to receive high-quality stickers?

Make sure the resolution, or the number of pixels that describe your image, is at least 300 dots per inch (dpi) at print size. Your file must be over 600 pixels to print at 2 inches (5 cm). Your file must be over 1200 pixels to print at 4 inches (10 cm).

It’s up to you to decide if you want to have your stickers printed in a low resolution. We suggest uploading a vector PDF or image of 300 DPI for the size you’d like to print for ideal results.

How can I check if my file’s resolution is high enough for high-quality stickers?
If you’re using iOS, select your file and hit CMD + I, where you can find and view the dimensions. If you’re using Windows, select your file and right-click on properties. Under details, you can find and view the resolution of the file.
What’s the difference between “File upload” and “Online builder”?

If you send your file to our designers, they’ll check the quality of the file, add the cut line and send you a print proof, which you’ll have a chance to validate before we print it.

If you use our online builder, you’ll create your stickers yourself, add your own cut line and the stickers will be printed without any further options for validation.

Do I have to create the cut line myself?
You can upload files with your own cutline or you can create them in the online builder. But don’t worry if you don’t have the time to add the cutline, or if you don’t know how to, we’ve got skilled Yeti’s ready to take care of it for you!
What’s the difference between RGB vs. CMYK colours?

RGB colours are a mix of three colours: Red, Green, and Blue. RGB are for screen use, such as computers and phones.

CMYK colours are a mix of Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black. CMYK is used for printing stickers and many other things. If you change a file from the colour mode RGB to CMYK, the colours themselves will change.

We print with CMYK colours. CMYK printing is the standard in the industry because CMYK prints a much wider range of colours compared to RGB.

Can you print Pantone colours?
We print in CMYK colour mode. We can’t guarantee that the colours will look exactly the same. Please provide us with the Pantone colour code you would like us to print and our designers will do their best to achieve this colour.
In which format can I upload my file?
We can print the following file formats: .ai*, .svg*, .eps*, .pdf*, .jpeg, .png, .bmp or .tiff (recommended because the images are described by vector paths). Images from the internet, screenshots and photos of a design file won’t be suitable for print.
Can I print stickers smaller than 3 cm?
We don’t recommend printing stickers smaller than 3 cm. However, If you’re looking for square or round stickers, it can be done. Please order stickers according to the minimum size as described on the website and then add a comment with the size you want to receive. The price will be the same. For more information, please contact our support team via email.
Can I print less than 50 pieces?
Technically it’s not possible to order smaller quantities. If you want to order a smaller quantity of stickers which are larger than 7 cm, please contact our support team via email to discuss your options.
Is it possible to change the quantity after the order is placed?
Please note that it’s not possible to change the quantity of your order once you have finished and submitted it to us.
Are modifications possible after validation?
After we have received an OK from you, the files are automatically sent to print. At this point, we can no longer accept any modification requests. For urgent requests, please contact our support team via email so we can find a solution!
What happens if I have not reacted to the print proof within 5 days?
Without any feedback within 5 business days, we’ll assume you are happy with everything and your order will be printed and shipped without any further input from you. We cannot accept any validations, alterations or complaints regarding the design, colour, or cutline after this point.

Quality, returns, and changes

What can I do when the colours don't look as I expected?
Please note that colours are displayed differently on digital screens compared to what they look like in real life. The extent of this variation depends on the screen settings on your device. All our files are converted to CMYK colour mode, which might further change the colours. Please don’t hesitate to contact us via email if you find any discrepancies, so we can double check for printing errors.
What can I do when the quality of the stickers is not as I expected?
We’re sorry to hear that your order is not up to our usual quality standards and we’d like to understand what has happened in order to find the best solution possible. Please contact our support team so we can look into this and find a solution.
What can I do when the stickers don’t look exactly like the print preview?
Once your print proof has been validated or sent to print automatically after 5 days, the files will be transferred to the printers. We can’t modify them anymore after this point. We would, however, like to better understand the issue. Please send us an email with some pictures of your stickers.
